Can you collect my passport on my behalf?
The client needs to collect in person.
Can you collect my driver's licence card?
We can only collect your driver’s licence card if you are out of the country. An affidavit must be provided.
Can I apply for my driver's licence card abroad?
Clients must be in the Republic of South Africa to apply for a driver’s licence card.
Can you apply for my passport without me being present?
The client needs to collect the passport in person.
What guarantees do I have that I will get my documents?
