Professional desk with organised government documents and a South African flag in the background

Getting a government document in South Africa usually means one thing: queuing. Sometimes for hours. Sometimes all day. And sometimes you go home empty-handed and have to start again.

Qline exists to change that. For over 17 years, the team has been helping South Africans get their documents sorted — without the frustration of doing it themselves.

What is document facilitation?

Document facilitation is a private service that handles the legwork of government document applications on your behalf. A facilitator knows the correct forms, the right offices, the submission procedures, and the follow-up process. They submit on your behalf, track the application, and collect the document when it's ready.

This is completely legal and widely used by individuals and companies across South Africa.

What Qline handles

Qline covers the full range of Home Affairs and related documents:

  • SA Passport applications
  • SA Smart ID Card applications

  • Unabridged Marriage Certificates
  • Vault Birth and Marriage Certificates
  • Apostille Stamps
  • Letter of No Impediment
  • Vehicle services: licence disc renewals, change of ownership, roadworthy certificates, number plates

Why clients choose Qline

Qline has a 4.5-star Google rating from 98 reviews. The office is based in Sandton, in the Discovery building, and serves clients across South Africa.

The difference between Qline and doing it yourself comes down to time and expertise. Most people visit Home Affairs once every few years. Qline's team goes every day. They know the staff, they know the process, and they know what happens when something goes wrong.

Seventeen years in business means they've seen most of the complications that can arise — missing documents, incorrect forms, delayed applications — and they know how to deal with them.
