Our Services

  • What we do for you
    • Get your ID Card in 2-3 weeks
We’ll track your application & inform you once your ID Card is ready for collection in person. You need to book an appointment with us where we will take you to Home Affairs for collection. You will use your fingerprint as proof of identity in order to collect your ID Card.
    • We do all of the work on your behalf
Our staff queue on your behalf, ensuring that you are in and out of Home Affairs in a matter of minutes. We shorten the queue for submission and collection as well.
    • Peace of mind
Home Affairs has a new biometric system, meaning no forms to fill out and no photographs to be taken. We take you to the front of the queue at Home Affairs, and your fingerprints and photographs are taken on the spot. You will then give your details over to a consultant who enters it electronically on their system.NB: If you are out of the country you will have to fill out the application forms and have photographs taken.

If you choose to cancel your application with us within 5 days, there is a cancellation fee of R375. That includes the fees handed over to Home Affairs for your application as well as the administrative costs incurred whilst doing the application on your behalf.

Kindly note that after 5 days we will not provide a refund as your application is in the system.
